Blackjack cell phone speaker
On the loudest setting the sound gets a little distorted and on bumpy roads it's hard to hear over the car noise. I still have to press a button on the speaker to answer a call and use my cell phone to initiate the call, so it's not totally hands free but it will keep me from getting a ticket for talking on my cell 3,7/5(). I am looking at the Blackjack as my next phone purchase. So far from what I've found the good outweighs the bad, except for the lack of builtin WiFi. Summary. At some point cell phone designers will stop screwing around with the keypad layout. To help differentiate its otherwise slammin’ Blackjack (aka SGH), available from Cingular for.
Antiquated, even at the time of release.
I love the choice of using the flip phone two different ways. The only negative thing that I would say about it is the internet is slow. I am not a big fan of samsung, but their designs on phones always catches my attention and i am a fool for falling into their trap of a crappy phone again. If you have the plastic screen protector on the front of your phone, make sure it isn't covering your ear speaker. When my friend wanted to get rid of his Samsung Blackjack, I should have assumed that his reasoning was a good reason for me to know want the device.

I cannot hear callers unless my speaker phone is on I have gone to all the settings but it does not change anything. The caller can hear me ok but there is only a very faint which is inaudible sound back. Your earpiece speaker may be dead. When you put your phone in speaker mode it uses different speaker s.
Some people use a bluetooth earpiece to get around this, but if that's not something you want to do then you may want to check and see if your phone is still in warranty. Also, depending on your phone you can try taking a small brush and cleaning around your earpiece speaker. In some cases dust and other debris can collect and muffle the speaker, and considering how tiny these speakers and their speaker grills are again, depends on your phone it doesn'take much dust or debris to make it hard to hear.
When i worked for Verizon this was a common problem that we encountered on a daily basis. Hopefully, that's all it is. I had the same problem and tried everything for two days, even did a factory reset, but nothing worked. Then I had an idea: the earpiece could've been blocked so I took an old toothbrush, brushed the ear piece for a minute to clear any debris and low, and behold it worked. So give it a try.
This was my first "smartphone". While it was a step, overall, this was not such a great phone. Call Quality Lots of dropped calls. Ease of Use Mostly related to Windows Mobile Design Keyboard not bad. This phone is the best phone I have. I've had it for over a year now and will be eligible for an upgrade in four months and I think I'm going to stick with this phone because I love it. I use the calendar feature a lot and never miss an appointment.
I also love it because I can check my email anywhere anytime. I can use the internet also. The phone also has an alarm clock feature that I use everyday instead of my alarm clock.
I don't have to worry about power outages and replacing batteries. This phone also takes great pictures and video. It has a USB cable to hook up to my comuter to easily transfer data. A friend gave me a Samsung Blackjack II about a month ago to try.
I have been using the Samsung Blackjack II since then and it has worked well. The Samsung Blackjack II does not drop calls nearly as much as other phones that I have had experience with. The Samsung Blackjack II has many great features including a very easy to use built-in keyboard.
The camera on the Samsung Blackjack II takes pretty good photos. My friend who gave me the Samsung Blackjack II used the media player on it to listen to audio books, I have used it a little and it works very well. Another excellent feature of the Samsung Blackjack II is its durability.
